Depends what you understand by "reasonable" price. And what control panel and operating system do you have?

yeah i m also looking for a better hosting company. My current web hoster Indialinks is reasonable (Rs. 30000 quaterly) but provides useless support. They have only one knowledgeable person who is availabe only 7 hrs a day. I am really frustrated with this support.

My current server has the following :
    Intel Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz
    Windows 2003 Standard Edition
    2 Gb RAM
    2 x 160 Gb SATA Hard drive(s)
    2000 Gb Monthly Data Transfer
    4 IP Addresses
    SQL 2005 Express Edition

Kindly help me too regarding new server...............

If you're looking for something in the USA, I recommend a dedicated server from 478east(478east.com). They will charge you more for windows management but it will be available 24/7, so if you can afford to pay more, I'm sure you can get better hardware too.

So, are you looking for a managed dedicated server, not a server management company? How about your current vps configuration? Do you have big sites that require to upgrade to dedicated server?

    DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.........

Indialinks provides the worst support. I have been a customer for over 6 years. I had a small business website earlier, but since we have upgraded to a bigger one, we have faced tremendous difficuty since that day.

Their support is so bad, that there is only one guy who knows about the server and its details. Others dont even know what is SQL server admin, RDC, queries and other related stuff.

I have been harassed at many times if a problem appears as they say that its a problem from my end and not the server issue. My website has even been down for many hours as it has been continuosly hacked and moreover they dont have any answer on this and tell me to solve the problem.

In short, i beleive they have been the worst hosting company that i have come across. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT SHIFTING TO INDIALINKS

If you dont beleive me read this :
