Hi All, Im hoping some of you may be able to help me here.

OK i have a domain name called "www.calosol.com" our website sells products for people who suffer from alopecia. Currently the site is hosted in the UK on a dedicated server.

Our main market we sell too is in the US.

We have recently got some 1st page positions with some fairly competitive keywords within the UK Google but our ranking results on Google US are not as good.

How can i improve my positioning for Google US? Is our server causing this difference in ranking?

We also own www.calosol.co.uk - would i be better off having 2 websites, one for the UK and one for the US i.e. Using .com for US and .co.uk for the UK?

    Sorry for all the questions

    Regards
    Tom

It could be because the site is located in the U.K. but there again who actually knows?

It would make sense to have two sites and get the best from both worlds. Have the .com in the U.S. and the .co.uk in the U.K. Just make sure they are not duplicates of each other.
