    Hi all.

Does the server location affect my site's positions in SERP ?
For example, I have a site in english for american audience, but the site itself is situated in Russia and has russian IP. Will the server location negatively affect my site's positions in google.com for US audience ?

    Thanks.

    PS: sorry for my english

I have heard it does, but I haven't see any evidence of this. Domainname is important.

A .co.uk domainname will score better for the google.co.uk

yeah the server location that mean IP can effect SERP.But you can solve it by getting backlinks from targeted IPs.

Yes, server location affects serp's. If you have a strategic website for Romania, place it at a Romanian server.
