Today, I experience again another error 403 issue through my paid shared host. I lost a few hours of revenue. I suspected that my forum cause this. Should I let go of the forum.

If you are generating revenue, then instead of dropping the forum, perhaps use those funds to upgrade to a better host, or a VPS for your site.

Thanks, but revenue only came from the banner ads publications and none with the PPC ads. I only earned 10$ for it. I also have 5 transaction when I sold its database but not really important right now.

Better you can monitor your website from which you can instantly get notification when your website goes down like 403,500 etc kind of errors.
I recommend 100pulse to monitor your website. It provides notifications through email, sms, rss feed etc...

I don't have any issue with 403 and 500. The reason why I'm experiencing 403 is a violation of a TOS wherein there's a maximum CPU usage allowed. My host has the right to shut down the site but the worse it impacted all hosted site in there.
