    Hi

At peak traffic times my server seems to struggle, it takes a long time to load a pages and images etc etc, early morning etc it loads instantly whereas peak times it can take about 5 - 10 seconds, im worried this is loosing me quite a bit of traffic. As it said web surfers have an attention span of around five seconds before they move on ....

Would increasing the amount a RAM help this, or does high levels of traffic mainly use CPU ?

    Cheers Marx

You can see the cpu load / ram stats if you type in "top" in the shell console.

May be it's that instant problem only . Keep checking and if continues then upgrade RAM on server .
