Server keeps freezing... 300,000+ Emails in queue

My server has been freezing up for the last few days.

Sometimes when I reboot it, the server will work fine for up to 12 hours, sometimes it goes right back to where it was after rebooting.

I figured it had something to do with one of my websites, so I took each of them offline one by one, that didn't seem to fix anything.

I later noticed that in the Mail Queue, there were over 300,000 queue'd emails, and that under "Server Status -> CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage", this was being displayed:

    Top Process %CPU 104 /usr/sbin/exim -Mc 1KM6fP-0001Ur-Af
    Top Process %CPU 90.0 /usr/sbin/exim -Mc 1KLxDs-0003S1-Ca
    Top Process %CPU 75.0 /usr/sbin/exim -Mc 1KLueE-0007JI-RF
    Code (markup):

I haven't actually done anything with the websites on that server other than modifying cpanel style's within the last few months so I don't understand what would be causing this.

A few days before the server issues, I started using Google apps for my email, and forwarded one of my email addresses to my gmail account via Cpanel, which didn't work and the emails just seemed to have disappeared. I think this may have something to do with it...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
