    Hi,

Does anyone know of the best way to setup "server is running" or just anything to show that the server is up and running if i am using a domain name to point to server?

I have seen websites which have just a webpage of the domain that points to IP of their server to show that server is running. Is this a best practice?

    Please advice.
    Thanks.

It should automatically show a page like that if you install Apache.
