I dont know if this is in the right catagory, but its relating to my server. I purchase some traffic from a member on here(100,000) and he told me that i needed more cpu because the site was suspended for too much traffic. Can someone explain to me what cpu is? I thought that a site runs off of bandwith. Any help would be apprecaited...
thanks for your help in clarifying that thewebhostingdir.... i am thinking about getting a dedicated server that can handle large amounts of traffic... Can anyone tell me if these configurations would be good enough.... celeron 2.4 ghz 1gb ram 320gb sata2 3000gb bandwith thx....
