server help

    just google search or search here in the forums..there are too many to list..in short..

    Shared--(many people have their hosting on this type of server, usually not recommended for high traffic sites)

    VPS-(virtual private server...its better than shared..but still isnt like dedi)

    Dedicated-(you alone are hosted on this server, no other people have their sites here, only biggy sites like DP itself need dedicated type of servers)

    Most of us..including me..just use shared hosting as its the cheapest and most of us dont get that much amount of traffic so there is no use buying a dedicated server for it.
