Server for rent - very cheap - based in Belgium

I've got a server wich i don't use and would like to rent.
The server is paid for untill December 2009.

Specs:

1U Intel PIV 3 GHz (1MB 800 Mhz)
RAM : 1024 MB
Harddisk : 160 GB
Linux CentOS (ssh login, you have to configure the server yourself)
Traffic - flat rate : 5 Mbps
64 Public IP's included

I will rent this to anyone for $50/month - I expect 5 months payment in advance
The deal is pretty simple, you pay 5 months and recieve the root login for the server, from that point on, you can do whatever you want with it. After 5 months you pay $50/month, after December you can take over the server or just keep the deal as it is.

Can you give me more details like datacenter details, test IP ?

Also, how can I belive that you will not go away if one pay you $250 in advance ?

At this moment it doesn't have control panel but you get ssh root access so you can install it yourself.

The server has apache running, php, email, etc.....

$35/Month is nothing for a dedicated server on a 5Mbps line.

 

You are asking for 4 months worth of payment upfront, why not just do it monthly.

 

I don't want somebody who will be taking the server one month, never do anything with the server and not pay anymore, it has happened to me in the past.... i noticed that if i ask 4 or 5 months in advance i only get serious people who actually use the server and keep the server for long periods.

 

Do you have remote reboot port?
Its is possible to rebuild the OS?

 

I can have a remoot port for reboot for you and i can do a clean install of Centos5.2 if you prefer it.
