Server DNS problem

    Hello , i am having a big problem , my domain is not working , i can access the server IP .. it is a dns problem , can some one fix it for me through WHM , i have cpanel .

    did you assign ip's to the nameservers in whm? did you set the nameservers up with your domain registrar? did you give it time to propagate.
