Selling Server Clearance – 16 Websites For Sale – Everything Must Go

I am having a huge server clearance and selling off all of the websites that I started to develop, but never had much time to do much with.

There are a variety of different types of site available, some have unique content, some are profitable, some are Shareasale affiliate sites and other are just very brandable domains with very little content on them.

I have included guideline prices for each site and domain. I think they are worth the prices I have set, but feel free to make me a reasonable offer if there is something you want and I will consider it. (Nothing silly like “I'll give you $5” please!)

* http://www.madflirt.com – Brandable domain. No unique content. Promotes the “Flirt Mastery” Clickbank product - Price: $35

* http://www.jewishanddating.com – PR 2. Uses TheDatingStudio.com as a white label site. (Will include account with sale). No hosting required. Will also include a 28 second promo video made to promote the site that was never uploaded. Price: $60

* http://www.coffeecrazed.com – PR1 – Brandable domain. No unique content - Price: $40

ShareASale.com Affiliate Sites:

All of these sites promote merchants via the Shareasale.com affiliate platform. The site content comes from the merchants datafeeds, so is not unique. You will need a free account with them and you will need to join each merchants program within SAS to be able to take over these websites:

* http://www.itssubliminal.com – 200+ page site. Promotes Real Subliminal via SAS, plus 2 subliminal Clickbank products. Price: $50

* http://www.easyformskit.com – Huge 14,600+ page website offering links to every possible legal form you could need. PR1. Price: $50

* http://www.flagsheep.com – 2,300 page website offering a huge range of flags. Price: $50

* http://www.detoxdrugtest.net - Small 25 page affiliate site. Has made some good commissions in the past. Price: $75

“Exact Match Domain” Unique Content sites:

All of these sites have 100% unique content on them:

* http://www.1000caloriesaday.com – Only 1 page, but ready to expand! Gets a couple of hundred unique visitors per month. Price: $40

* http://www.balconettebikini.com - 1 page site + Pinterest site at http://pinterest.com/coolbikini/ . Couple of hundred unique visitors per month. Price: $55

* http://www.implantretaineddentures.com – High payout per click on the Adsense ads. 150-200 uniques per month. Price: $40

* http://www.oilbenefits.org – 5 pages of unique content. Couple of hundred unique visitors per month - Price: $75

* http://www.wlanusbadapter.net – Very small amount of traffic. Price: $30

* http://www.yellowcontacts.net – and http://www.zombiecontacts.net - Promotes a ShareASale merchant. Very small amount of traffic. Price: $30 each.
