Server Clear Out - All Sites with BIN - Let's Move em Out~!

I'm in the process of trying to consolitate some of my sites into a smaller number of servers and am offering the following sites for sale. All are marked with a BIN. I'm looking for quick sales and a quick transfer of both the domain and site to the new owners servers. If you're interested in more than one site, feel free to make me a reasonable offer on a package deal. I have not posted revenue details from adsense because the channel data is not pure. Assume that none of these are huge money makers but please also note that I've done zero promotion as well. Since I'm listing several sites, please be very clear as to which one you are bidding on or offering BIN to avoid any confusion. This was a site that I was very excited about but larger projects have constantly pushed back any planned work. The previous owner had submitted an article or two and I had 5 more written for me that are unique and in place on the site. I believe there is one article that has not been posted to the site yet. The site does not require a DB. I will also transfer a DB of pet shops and the corresponding display script that was purchased from Oddity Software. The DB does NOT include resale rights as I ony paid for a single license. There is also some code in place for an ecards section that is not complete. It's something that I peeked at a while ago and seemed 70% complete but would require some finishing touches. Domain also has a nice number of backlinks including a couple .edu's. This would be a nice package for someone with a pet network or a solid starter project for someone looking for a site where they can hit the ground running. I'd really like to see this one go to someone who could build it up properly.

I have 2 remaining actress fan sites and this would be the first of the pair. I believe the site went up at the end of last Summer or so. Traffic has been steady and oddly enough it ranks in the top 5 on msn for the term Lake Bell without quotes. A little background for those of you not familiar with Lake. She first became popular during her stint on Boston Legal and is now of course better known for her lead role in the series Surface of which season 2 will start in a couple of months. The first season on DVD is slated to be released next month as well. The site has an automated news section, amazon store script, and another script for the gallery that allows you to add or remove images to a single directory and then process the files into thumbnails by running one file in a browser window. No DB is required for this one. Certainly one of you has a nice home for Lake?

This would be the second actress fan site that I have for sale. Kristin Kreuk is the actress from the series Smallville of which a new season will soon start. The site has an automated news section, amazon store script, and another script for the gallery that allows you to add or remove images to a single directory and then process the files into thumbnails by running one file in a browser window. No DB is required for this one. She's cute and seems to have a busy future ahead of her. One of you must be a Kristin fan?

It's ugly but the domain is nice. I would certainly need a facelift. I just looked and noticed a directory of what appears to be almost 100 zipped ebooks as well. I've no idea what they are. With a new template it could be a nice starter site for someone. Let's move this one fast.

As I mentioned in the post abive I do not have any channel data available that is clean. I could post something but it would not be accurate as it would include other sites.

If you're looking to value these sites on income alone this thread will not interest you. If you're looking for a solid site with some areas for growth and some added extras to get you started it's a a perfect little package.
