Server cleanup - many good sites - make an offer

Moving to a new server, so would prefer not having to migrate all of my sites. I'm not desperate to sell, just don't want to go through the schlepp of moving these sites if I can help it. (Maybe I'm just lazy ) Offers are invited. Discounts for multiple sales considered.
