Before you jump into th is business you SHOULD have at least half of the knowledge needed. I cant explain on how to coz it will take too long to explain. Well for starting. There is billing panel for your reseller account. If you dont have then ask for it. Google WHMCS or iPanel and see which one suits you better. If you are going to host using LxAdmin then iPanel is the best choice out there.
it appears that you are extreme newbie take your time to LEARN \search and surf all relevant topics here in DP forum google for howtos create a testing environment on our own PC and practice server admin first at home offline without endangering the existence of paying customers then first start to host YOUR own site and learn to manage all security relevant aspects of a server as you grow and get fully married with your server ( and divorced from your current family ) you then may start your reseller business if you think it is worthy the price you pay for the little $ you earn in a high competition industry with a few dozen top quality hosts and a few thousand low quality resellers already out there
