Shawn, The red checkmark by "Server Action Accounts" no longer shows up. When we enter in a new customer the email flag shows but not the Server Action Accounts. When you click on the box when you would expect there to be a Server Action to do it says there is not. We experienced a power outage and suspect that to be the culprit. How can I get this back so red check mark appears again? I checked all the server events and there has been no change in settings as they worked previously. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanks.
Yes hard crash and yes we did a recovery on mainmenu, activity and emails. Shawn, Have you any thoughts or comments on this for me? Still experiencing same issue. Thanks,
Do you recall if any of the field definitions or relationships were not able to be recovered when you did the recovery on the Main Menu file? Either way, it might not be a bad idea to upgrade (even if it's from/to the same version) to make sure your data is in a known good set of data files.
