I purchased the hosting from servage but I can't login to my account with my informations.
What is the reason?

Would love to know why the poster would think we would know the reason why they can't login.

Since you can't log in (Would be nice if you told us what was happening when you tried. Are you getting some sort of Error?) to leave a ticket, best bet would be via an email to one of their external contact addresses:
