Hello, I had a webpage on the first page of google ( google.com) and its positions remained between 5 to 9 on the first page itself... when I would do some good Backlinks from other websites the page would move upto 5th to 6th Position... and this had remained I guess for the past 6-8 months... But now, All of a sudden the page fell to the 3rd page of google at 29th position and now today later to the 83rd position at the 9th page of google.. I could now understand why.. I just built some backlinks around a week ago from some more websites and then this downfall ocured.. I do not undestand why..? Though My webpage is still on the first page of google from some other domains such as ( google.hk, google.sp.. and others)... but there also on some places it has fallen I guess so... Why did this occured ..? anyone with ideas please... reply please Farhaj
problem can be the last week backlink work, maybe you have post your link to a bad website therefor your website has been dropped
When did this change occured after you built links and and how many days you have been to 9th page.. I suggest wait for 1 week ans see what your exact position. If It occurred recently then I think your actual position would be judged after 1 week.... Keep your fingers crossed and hopr for the best..
That's weird... the only thing I can think of is that one of your last week links is from a "bad" website
things like this happen all the time. If I've had a nickle for every post I read about dropping in the SERPs... continue backlinking from relevant forms. It will come back up - however, with my experience, when sites drop like this - they'll bounce back up - and then settle at a lower position.
9th page occured today..earlier from last week it went to 2nd and then to 3rd page... and today to the 9th page.. any clues../ I did get backlinks last week from a blog which have commentlove all over the website meaning my web link is all over the website pages..
Chances are that Google isnt giving you any link juice from your newly acquired links. Double check your new backlinks and ask to be removed from any that look harmful.
Yea that's a little too late for a "sandbox". Did you leave any noticeable footprints while linkbuilding? linkfarms/spam?
is there any different methode that you use on that period? you can check you seo through SEOQUAKE addon and see the detil of your site onpage and offpage, maybe google want to refresh the page or other website has more good backlinks from yours, or even want to give chance other website on getting 1st with the keyword you use.
what I do not understand is that how come it fell too much and now today it is even more....at#110th Position.. I never did any bad links and bad link farm... why is it..?

no still not yet moving around a lot.. it has been since more than a month.. what is google caffeine anyways and how does it take effect
i don't think is bad link make huge different .... if yes, u can build thousand bad link to kill ur competitor ...
I think the problem might be the links you get recently. Have you linked to bad neighbors? Are those links frrom relevant or irrelevant sites? I think you'd better check that out.
