means you should do off page SEO for better ranking Search Engine Result Page.

I guess this is the exact definition.

So far I know there is no specific definition about SERP. I think SEO and SERP is almost same work like We do SEO for our website in order to ranking our website position in the search engine. So, if we say SERP - Search Engine Ranking Position ...Where is the problem ?
