Get more backlinks for your website , the higher quality the backlink is the better for your serps ranking.
The fact is page two doesn't receive many clicks no matter which keywords we're talking about. Build more backlinks from quality sites and try to rank in top10 for some serious traffic. The first five results receive maybe 95% of all the traffic.
Build high page rank quality links belonging to your website niche. Try to get links from some popular and good page rank site of the targeted business and the link juice. Update you content regularly with some fresh pages and sitemap as well. You will see the difference
When you get in the top 2 or 3 results you see more traffic in my experience. I also think you get quite a boost for being #1 compared to being #2. If anyone sticks around looking at sites on page 2 they're probably bored by then anyway and will be thinking of a new search phrase.
450k is broad search result or exact? see how much exact searches are. it will probably be lot less. second page ranking doesn't really provide much traffic unless it is a highly searched term. most people dont go passed first page. work on getting your ranking improved by building more backlinks. you will get more traffic with improved ranking
