Quick question. I had the number one spot on Google for Pokemon Wayward Cave up until a few days ago. Now I am surpassed and in fact no longer even listed on Google’s SERP for Pokemon Wayward Cave. It looks like a lot of Yahoo Answers and a few other major gaming sites’ message board posts have now taken over this spot. May I ask what happened? I was number one for quite some time. This particular keywords spike my traffic quite a bit. Is it normally like this? What is the best way to capitalize on something like this the next time it happens?
google has been concocting a new algorithm for us. it most likely has something to do with that unfortunatly.
My traffic has been... uhhh... a bit weird lately [Last 3 or so weeks]. I don't think I've been hit as hard as some others, but I am definitely seeing fluctuations across my network.
keep working on your site's promotion/content/links and you would always stay ahead of your competitors
Hello, As said onedollar, work in content and backlinks, in Internet you can not stop for one sec (just to sleep a couple of hs to be fresh, then work again) Best, Jakomo
It can only be a fluctuation is SERPs it should come back in few days 1 week maybe But it can olso mean you lost your ranking
SEO is an ongoing process. don't pay attention to that digitalpoint thread...people are blowing things way out of proportion...there is no dramatic algorithm change....google just put related searches for images and videos somewhere easily accessible http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=334389
maybe you've lost a lot of backlinks,, especially the related ones... as long as you're continuing your link building and updating your site regularly,, it'll come back again...
