I'll try this again and hope it doesn't get moved to an inappropriate forum again. If the Google SERP shows only a site's url but no title/description what does it mean? This is something new - previously title/descrip were shown, and the meta tags have not been deleted.
All it means is that the page has become partially indexed. (have a look on the Google website for the meaning of it). In a nutshell it means that the spider couldn't spider your page when it visited last, or in the case of a new page, it only knows about the page, but has not fully indexed it yet. There are two stages to the indexing of pages 1) partial index where the url is added to the index, but the page has not been spidered 2) Fully indexed - where the spider has visited and fully indexed your page and it has been cached in the google database.
Why does this keep getting moved to the Website Reviews forum? This is not about any website review. It is a general question about the meaning of the content of Google's SERPs. What's going on here?
