    The SERP fluctuation is normal because google constantly updates its algo. Be ready to accept the change and continue to stay in the first page of the SERP. :)

    Yes, very significant fluctuations for some of my sites. There are keywords for which 1 of my sites ranks from position 3-4 on first page, down to pages 8-9 and this vary every day last couple of weeks. That is in the usual google index. It seems that same these rankings are more stable as used to be before in Caffeine.

    From past few days google is just unpredictable.. the traffic i was getting from google searches lost that consistency with 1000s of visitors down and then suddenly normal and again down... and now its raising by 100 or so every day... dun know what the mess...:(

    Mine might change 1 or 2 places for a site at the bottom of page 1 but at the top it hardly moves!

    4 days ago i dropped on a key word from page 2 to page 8 - strange thing about all this it only happened on one of my key words ... ? the other keywords on the same page held there position?

    now (4 days later) my home page that ranked very well on 3 different kw has dropped as follows ...
    kw1 = page 1 to page 8
    kw2 = page 2 to page 14
    kw3 = page 2 to page 8 (this was 4 days ago) and not onto page 28

    ??? wtf is going on ???

    for the past 1 week, i have noticed 70% drop in my site rankings on Google also. earnings dropped significantly.. hopefully this will change in the weeks to come.. some not so quality sites even rank higher than mine.. have been consistenntly outrank for the past few years BUT this time round, its like a totally new search engine doing the indexing..

    This might be true, but those low quality sites which have duplicate content rank higher than original sites.
