SERM and ORM

Could any one tell me what is serm and orm management

 

SERM or ERM can check it which is right i'm confused in this.

 

ORM stands for Object-relational mapping. An ORM converts scalar values to objects and vice versa and SERP stand for Search Engine Result Pages...

 

SERM Means Search Engine Reputation Management
ORM Means Online Reputation Management

Bt i don,t know both these terms and its working methdology
