Seriously, What Do You Use to Track Clicks?

Ok I've been searching for quite awhile but still don't know what to use in order to track AdSense clicks.
My main purpose for doing this is to monitor closely so that I can tell whenever there is click fraud happening.

I know Analytics doesn't track clicks. I read that some scripts work ok, but not for all browsers. Some scripts used to work ok with Analytics, but not anymore. My host uses webalizer to analyze logs, but there're only very high-level stats and I can't get specifics about clicks. I also do not want to rely on them too much.

Can anyone help me with this?
What scripts/tools do you use to track clicks?

There are quite a few tracking programs out there. PAY MONEY and get the paid version if you decide to go with one tho. Free programs give you cruddy results.
    Below are two I've used
    revenuemonitor(my favorite-and brand new)
    asrep

Have you tried setting up channels to track the activity each ad receives? You can view the number of visits to your page vs. the number of times each ad is clicked.

addfreestats.com it's free all you do is put a little like 120x90 or something button on your site it tracks all views and what people exit on. and the exit page shows links or adsense. if they left on adsense it will show next to the recent visitors an A in a green circle with the link to the site.

Yes, I use Google Analytics too -- great service but it isn't available to everyone yet.
