Seriously hard programming job for $25 (good 4 portfolio)

    im looking for a web programmer that can program a site that will have memberships, live chat, be able to receive txt messages and send them in some way ( i need to be able to get them and than send a txt message back the service wont be for the clients)

    i need all this and more done for $25... this site would be great for your portfolio if you choose to do it... please contact me for more details.

    Add another one or two 0's at the end and maybe, just maybe any of us would consider your offer.

    Given the $25, I'd rather make the site for MYSELF + add it to my portfolio.

    lot of people dont have concept about development. This is one of the example. Thts why this person is offering $25 for such a project. Sorry to say DP has lot of such cheap members.
