Seriously Can Someone help me, Short code in theme

    I literally been trying since 9 this morning and its 3:35pm right now.

    Now i know how to do it, echo do_shortcode('[shortcode]'; etc etc

    But my problem is I cant get it to I guess grab the css it was grabbing when I did it in a post. When I used the short code in the post come out how its supposed to
    Now I trying to add the short code to my header and it gets their, fully functional and all but ugly as hell. I literally burnt myself out trying to figure it out. I dont know how many things i tried or blogs I read etc and still cant get it to look like its supposed to.

    Please any help Ima be online all day today next 8 hours , so please any help I will recheck this page every 10 minutes to see if any help has arised to save my day.

    I guess Im alone in this $#$%^ if i had 5 dollars would have headed to the bst section and hired someone to do this for me. LOL

    What is the purpose of the short-code? What does it publish when you put it in post and in header? Can you show me visually?
