I am looking for somebody that can develop a simple gameserver hosting website.

I am going to be offering free and paid gameserver hosting. What I want is very basic and shouldn't take very long to code. I want users to be able to register, after they register they can signup for either the free server hosting or the paid server hosting.

For both paid and free members I want them to have an administration panel so that they can manage their server right from the website without having to leave. I want them to be able to edit server files, add server files, shut down their server, start up their server ect.

I also want a live support chat box for support. As the admin I want to be able to delete members, ban members, create control panel accounts, delete control panel accounts.

I want the color scheme to be dark. I have no specific colors in mind.

Anything that is not specifically here is open to interpretation.

I have a mid $xxx budget. There is no specific time frame as long as the site looks good. I will pay upon completion of the site. After that if the designer I hire would like to stay as the project manager they will be paid 25% total monthly revenue.

Which game servers do you want to setup ? What will be your server based on ? Windows ? Linux ?

Do they have dedicated binaries for linux ? startup scripts ?
This is by no means a small project. Will also need to implement virtualization for having multiple instances of game servers running on the same box. Also, the configuration needs to be high.
