Neither Facebook or Youtube needed any kind of phenomenal budget to take it off. I didn't say that he should go and build some hotels in Dubai or in New York, I'm talking about online ideas that could be easily done and don't cost a lot if he is expert enough.

 

I think that one pretty much has to either become famous, work in fiance or business, or start their own business to earn that sort of money.

 

The Truck Driver Guy - You need to scale - More then likely its possible to do with real estate in the shortest amount of time.

Start with a "online property" build sell -- rinse repeat -- then use that money for down payment on a "real estate property" -- rinse repeat
