can anybody tell me... how can i limit bandwidth usage of visitors using my proxy.. i have done this code 'max_file_size' => 1048576, in php proxy.. but its not limiting any user.. they are able to use 60 to 100MB bandwidth with ease per ip.. also pls tell the code on glype (i am using 3.0 final) this is killing me.. already 5GB bandwidth gone in 2 day..
