The website will base its revenue from ads therefore we will have to maintain a large scale of traffic coming in to be very profitable. What we are looking to do is put together a vicious marketing team to help us drive our website to the top of its competition. I understand this will not be a easy task, however our website concept, idea and development puts us ahead of competition, all we will need now most important is the traffic. In order to fill our requirements we will need the following. Marketer must have at least one or two impressive massive marketing accomplishments that they have did previously Much time during the date the site will launch and dedication, we can't accept anyone who will not take the project seriously or has no belief in it we need marketers with drive and confidence! Time to actually study our market, content and competition to get a clear understanding and be able to find more niches and open doors for our site! Marketing must be strong at all aspects of promoting a website note that our competition is fairly healthy and well funded therefore we must have "unique" ways of marketing, and promotion. Meaning thinking of very effective ways to get our site out there and get that ROI going good. Therefore we will require that you are well skilled and have experience at Seo, Viral Marketing Push, Social Networking sites promotion etc.. Last but not least if you feel that you can make our website blow (become very popular) then we need to be able to at least see a written list of your plans to do this, we will not need actual detailed steps because it may be your secret but at least steps of how its possible to do so etc! Do what kind of security do you offer as part of the contract of working with your site so that people like myself don't do a bunch of work, then get booted off this island? 3.
