Serious Problem-Confirm your email address before you can use

    Hello,

    I hope I have got the right time to post this PM. I have a problem, actually it is not my problem but the problem of a friend.
    He tried to change the email for his DP account now he cannot use the forum anymore.
    He gets the following message >
    Quote:
    You must confirm your email address before you can use .....
    He already clicked on the link he got in the confirmation email, but nothing happened. So now he cannot use the forum. He has already sent an PM
    to one of the admins but no one replied, so I just though I could post the matter here.

    Is there any way you can help him please ? To enable his account or something like that ?

    This is really a serious matter for him and his livelihood. I hope i will get a favorable reply sooner.

    We've repeatedly said never try to change your email address, because you may get put into a moderation queue we do not have access to. So he's out of luck. It can be added to a list for an admin to review, but that's about it.

    EDIT: You and your "friend" are both out of luck.
