well,i posted a comment at: http://www.anneofcarversville.com/art/forniphilia-women-as-doormats-and-other-art-furniture.html and add my link i think i do a serious thing,i have not realise this website is about Eroticism. will this link influence my website a lot? how can i delete my link from that article?? help me,very important! thanks
Yes, it can trigger google safety filter on your site. Contact the website owner and request him to remove your link.
Ignore the paranoid idiot in the previous post. One li nk on a site about sex won't do any harm - if you start linking to porn sites from your site, that would do you harm - but it isn't even a porn site. However, let this be a lesson to you about spammimg - they are quite likely to remove your li nk anyway because they don't want anything to do with you. YOU spammed THEM, I think it's a bit rich to worry about they will harm you.
well,in order to increase backlinks ,i must post my link to other website. to this problem,it really give a lesson.but i don't know your answers which is righ.
One link by itself does no harm. Google is looking for a pattern. Now, the fact that you didn't know the content of the website in the first place indicates you're spamming pretty damned aggressively. That means your comment (and likely others you have posted) have nothing to with the website content. Google's filter will pick that up if you post thousands of comments. That's what I'd be concerned about, because I'd bet the vast majority of your comments are not relevant to the places you're posting.
Yea, if it is the only one link then It will never harm you in terms of Search Engine Rankings but it will definitly hurt your online reputation with your clients. For this you can contact webmaster to remove your link form that post, might be he/she can do it for you.
I use blog commenting to get my links out there, but I always read the post/article first and try to make an informed comment that is really relevant to the subject. Sometimes, if I don't know enough about the subject to comment, I will just pass on the opportunity. Never just make a comment like, "I agree," or "This is a great post." Webmasters (and the search engines are on to that). Having said all that, I don't think that one link from a "bad" site is going to hurt you whatsoever. You can request the webmaster to remove it, but I would be inclined to just let it go.
well.see your answer, you mean i should post my comment in right place. but how to do? if one article is about furniture, can i post a comment? say this is a good article or other words? what can i say and let webmaster don't think i spam?
This is an excellent reply in this thread, might be best anyway. I have to say inbound link may influence a dropped in ranking but not that easily and instantly. It is depend on your overall link profile as well. How did you build link and how authority and relative of the links you built? P.S. If your made comment was helpful then it may be ok. But if your comment was a spam, I would recommend you not to continue doing this otherwise your ranking might be harmed from another reason beside just a link.
Actually lol it appears that comments are moderated there which is total ROFL because they actually approved the link, ehehe. Nevertheless, it's a nofollow blog! Not only that, but @gicasa, the whole reason nofollow was brought into the picture in the first place was because of people like you spamming blogs. Shame on you! Ahh well, it seems as though you may have learned from this. If you didn't learn though, then you will find your site disappearing into the void at some point, basically clearing the path for your competition. Why make it so easy for them? So you have to ask yourself, do you want to be a success or a failure in your future endeavors? You don't want the battle to be a continuous battle uphill for the rest of your online adventures, (possibly the rest of your life online?) because it will be when your getting banned all the time from search engines. IT should only be an uphill battle in the beginning, then at some point if you do everything right and stick to white hat method, then a point will come when everything is just a nice cosy downhill ride. =)
well.i don't know how to post a comment on a blog. What my content should like? Can just say: good article ......?
No i have posted links on websites like this before that are about sex and it doesnt do much. What the website is about is what matters.
