Serious problem about "thread" and "message" listing

Firstly, I'd already reported this issue yesterday by "send message" function via this board.

The problem started on 26th October
When I enter the board via http://forums.digitalpoint.com, it shows old threads, old messages(private messages included). Although I received 4 new private messages yesterday via email, I tried to view them by entering "http://forums.digitalpoint.com/private.php" address, it showed me my private messages which I'd received on 26th October. It doesn't show me my new private messages. And the problem still goes on. Sometimes I see my new private messages, sometimes I see only messages and threads of 26th of October. I also cleaned all my cookies and temp files but it hasn't changed. And sometimes when I see my new private messages, I click them but it gives me an error like "invalid private message, please contact via administrator", and I try to go back and click again to reply and it goes correctly but the problem always occurs when I enter the board. The more serious one is the same problem valid for also "thread listing" for a category on the board. It also shows me old threads of board which belongs to 26th of October.

I'm not sure that here is the right place for this problem but I would be grateful if anybody from the management can help me.

Another issue that the board shows me that "currently active users is 1" which can be impossible in the same time when it shows me old thread and private messages which belong to 26th of October.

It's a forum issue.

I'm using ie7 and I'm getting a lot of page refreshes on the forum.
