Serious issue with ShoppingAds, anyone else?

    The same with me just found this thread on google. Normally, I was getting paid on 26 and on January 26 my December payment status was listed as "Successful", then couple days later I got this warning message and saw my December commission status was changed to "Pending" again. The next payment date was supposed to be today, January 4 but when I logged in there was a message:

    "We can not located the source of your incoming traffic, your account is currently suspended!" - which is just ridiculous. I wrote them but didn't get an answer. They ignore my messages, even though it is stated that I need to contact support. I know at least one more person who tried to contact them, but his account got blocked with all the funds. This whole story gets more and more messy.

    :( HA! the same thing. I have searched several forums and found the same problems, thanks God - I am not alone! same stupid messages in my user's area with grammatical mistakes!:mad:
    I hope they will be able to pay, because it's about thousands of dollars in my account...:(

    Still no reply to my email this morning, but payment has arrived just a few minutes ago. Nonetheless I've transferred all my high paying sites over to EPN directly until ShoppingAds can get their crap together.

    You should not get upset with ShoppingAds. It is really not their fault. The fault lies with the idiot at eBay (epn) Steve Hartman. He has not affiliate marketing experience yet they have put him in charge of the entire program. Perhaps if enough people call, email and send him text messages he will change his ways.

    They just paid me but it was painfully late, and I needed to email them because they kept changing my payment date. Then I got an email saying they paid me(they did). But then I got another one saying my account had been disabled for the same reason as the dude above me. Horrible company, they are just a mess.

    Wow, the rash of accounts being disabled after they bungled their server move....don't put the blame on just eBay, although their EPN program is indeed a mess.....Shoppingads is no better.
