Serious Issue pls help

    Hey friends yesterday i logged into my paypal account and it asks about the PAN number i have entered the number of PAN card but as i don't have pan card so i used my friend's card number so wanna ask it will create problem for withdrawing funds or any way pls help.:confused:

    Yes, it can raise an issue at times of withdrawing funds to your bank account because PAN number on your bank account will vary with that on your PayPal account.

    absolutely, pan number cannot be exchanged or argued in any manner. it is like ur id, u should not share it in any form

    Thanks for the suggestion But what to do in this matter.. if i contact and they will limit or ban my account.. so i am scared for that.

    Look buddy, if you contact them then they might be able to help you. However if you dont then it will certainly create problems for you and your friend in future. Call them and explain the whole situation.

    Paypal has accepted friends pan card how can they accept if lots of members are having trouble in accepting their pan cards with similar name.

    Hmm this is the main point i mean i just entered the PAN number and they accepted.. i thought may be they will regret but they redirected to my account.

    Providing wrong PAN/Other Peoples PAN is illegal. There is a penalty of Rs.10000 for the same.

    PAN card is used by Tax Authorities to keep track of high value transactions. (Banks requires PAN to be given compulsary for any amount greater than 50,000 INR). So if you withdraw more than that, your friends PAN will be quoted and could create problems.

    Was it successful? if yes may be you may face trouble later if paypal ask. Send mail to paypal and be honest with them.

    How you can use any other PAN card as paypal not accepting the cards with different user name.
