    Hello,

Anybody here writes Wikipedia Articles? Can you write for me? And if you know, how much traffic can you get from Wikipedia, assuming it's a nice subject?

Wikipedia can direct a lot of traffic to a site if done in the right way.

There is a problem in that the non-commercial ethos of Wikipedia is taken very, very seriously and links of a commercial nature are taken down quickly and often completely blacklisted, along with users who add them.

I'd rather not discuss too much here because of this, but essentially the way to get, and more importantly keep, goods link is to clearly add value to the articles you link from. Please PM me if you want more details.

Also make your articles NEUTRAL. Nothing is more annoying than a self-promotional piece in Wikipedia. It would actually turn people off instead of leading them to your site.

By the way, I've seen a VERY good copywriter do a Wiki for a company. The problem was, they were TOO good, it gave the whole thing away.
