    I am selling one of my favorites:

    Ranks #4 in Google for "securities fraud"-higher than SEC.GOV.
    Ranks #4 in Yahoo for "securities fraud"
    Makes income from leads produced and sold to Attorneys, and adsense.
    20% CTR
    PR 3
    PPC has fluctuated over the last year between $24 and $42.

    I don't have time to really "blow it out", and would like to sell it at a fair price to finance other projects
    It will make around $1000 a year if you take it apart and park it, but if you leave it alone it makes 3x that or better.

    Looking for $8k for it...will make a great deal for a quick transaction, (meaning not the month and a half of escrow) at $6,500, as is, out the door.
