    unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we are considering selling this business. We have spent 3 years developing the site but just dont have the time to do the marketing or set up text links etc due to other commitments.

    The site offers rental apartments in the Algarve (one of Europe's most popular holiday destinations) and we have built up extensive regional content. Its all run through a cms which is extremely easy to use and allows you to add pages and make all the SEO tweaks you need.

    So far we have 18 listings added and each pays 100GBP each per annum but there is huge potential to develop this further. Other competitors include www.holidayrentals.com and www.ownersdirect.co.uk which are extremely profitable businesses (with over 1000 listings each - the potential is huge).

    The site is dominating the search engines for targeted phrases and you can get more details from this page http://www.algarverentalapartments.com/algarve-apartment-rental.htm its also no. 1 for rent algarve apartment which has resulted in a lot of direct enquiries.

    Not sure what you are saying......Do I take it you are asking $20,000 for a site that has no income but good potential?

    I think that is a bit unrealistic.

    No, the annual income appears to be 18 X GBP100 which is GBP1,800 or USS3,154. So how they are expecting to sell the site for US$35,000 is anyone's guess.

    Not sure at all whether the annual income is 18 x £100 as these are one time inclusions and not repeats.

    yep so far we have 18 x 100GBP and you are right with the calculations. i have had an offer from a real estate agent now though so afraid offer is withdrawn. Its more an offer for a business than a site as if you have the right contacts its easy work. thanks for the feedback though guys.
