Serious Bug In Your Advertising Script (inline Text Link Cpc)

I had raised the CPC for some of my "Inline Text Link"-campaigns on digitalpoint.com from 0.10$ to 0.11$ a few months ago. One week ago, I set all CPCs back to 0.10$. But according to my reportings, you are still charging me 0.11$ per click! I have even tried to set the 0.10$ explicitly for every single keyword in every single campaign. Doesn't help at all, you are still charging me too much money! This issue seems to exist since you have switched from vBulletin to XenForo.
    Two things:
1.) Please fix this bug ASAP.
2.) I want my money back.

Which ad specifically? I looked at one, and it was charging $0.11, but it wasn't changed to $0.10 until today.

I did in fact change the CPC to 0.10$ several days ago and even several times. I tried it the last time today (a few minutes ago) which might be the reason why you see this date in your database and not the previous dates.

I pulled a backup from 48 hours ago, and I don't see anything out of the ordinary there. I set up a different ad, set it to $0.10, and then $0.11 and then back to $0.10... will see if I can get it to do what you are seeing.

It could be that the CPC for the whole campaign has always been 0.10$ (can't remember exactly). But I can say for sure that I did raise the CPC to 0.11$ for some keywords in this campaign. This option is called "Override keyword "XXXX" to be no more than XXXX$ USD per click". And setting these keyword-CPCs back to 0.10$ didn't work.

Well, so far I've tried clicking the test ad I created and the ONLY time it has charged $0.11 was when either the ad itself was set to $0.11 or the individual keywords was overridden to $0.11 (setting back to $0.10 for either gave the expected result back). Is there anything unique about your ad as far as you can think of?

listen... are you serious? I was even able to test it right now whith the live campaign by clicking on my own ads... no need for using any backups! You are still charging me 0.11$ right now. see screenshot below... I did click my own ad a few minutes ago, that was the first click on Feb 8, charged with 0.11$, like the days before. The campaign says "0.10$", you are charging me 0.11$, which is 10% too much. Is that so hard to understand?

No, it's not hard to understand... just trying to get to the bottom of it and replicate it.

I was able to finally track it down and fix the underlying issue. Also, the $0.80 you were accidentally charged in excess (includes the $0.11 for you clicking your own ad) has been credited to your credit balance.

BTW - it didn't have anything to do with changing the price or anything like that. It had to do with obscure keywords (only 1 bidder) since the framework change a couple weeks ago. But like I said, it's permanently fixed now.
