I have been stalked on twitter for the last 3 years by a serial convicted stalker, he just does not stop, its not only me he has other victims. To date twitter have suspended more than 100 accounts of his. Twitter promised to ban serial abusers for life, yet it seems they are unable to do this. Not only that, many of this stalkers accounts have been locked so he cannot get back in, what is the point of this, all the abuse is still there for all to see, how is that helping his victims? if anyone has any idea's how to stop all of this, please let me know. I have just closed an account where I had 16,000 followers, as changing my @Name did not help, he had my twitter registration number.
