I'm doing the monthly report for Google Analytics stats for our organization. ALL stats - from pageviews, users, various event tracking, etc. - seem to be within normal range except for the following two: In the last 30-months, the "Avg. Session Duration" has ranged from 2:05 to 3:22. In September it was 7:44. Well over 100% increase. In that same period, the site's "Bounce Rate" ranged from 43.25% to a high of 63.27%. In September it was 18.26%. A 50+% drop. I don't believe we changed anything drastically in terms of content that would cause this. Has anyone else seen similar issues? Is it just a Google glitch? Is there another way to look at the numbers to measure the accuracy?
