Something's wrong. Traffic is as usual, but adsense is waaay behind in both impressions and (hopefully) clicks. Is my assumption of the stats being stuck wishful thinking or are more people seeing this? A 50% decrease in revenue in one day is simply too hard to digest...

Well, today is the 23rd so if you're looking at info from the 18th that might be your problem. However, I've noticed a steep decline in earnings today as well. Usually when I first check in the morning I've earned $8-10 today was only $3. And by now I'd usually be over $20 and I'm not even close. Hopefully it's just stuck but if not today is just a low day... Thank god for affiliate products. :)

thats the way adsense is, up and down all the time. but if i take a look at my monthly average so far, its the same for me as it has been for the last few months

Monthly average is a good metric. There are enough days so that the abnormal lows (and highs) can be smoothed do something that is real and comparative. There is too much inter-day variation to get excited about.
