Seperate Accounts for multiple sites?

Hey guys, I need some help figuring out what Google's policies towards multiple accounts that are owned by the same person/company are.

Let say for example if I have 3 different domains and am using one AdSense account for all of them. Obviously if even one site accidentally violates the ToS it would ruin adsense for all of them.

However if each site had a separate AdSense account will google treat each one individually? Or will they ban all accounts associated with the same owner if one of them is terminated?

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows the answer and preferably can cite it in adsense's ToS

Google doesn't allow that. But you can contend it with google and submit your stats to the adsense team. Also you can track your leads through Stats Junkie. And see where the problem is coming from.

You are only allowed to have one account. You can use your ads on as many sites as you want. You can use channels to track them. If you have more than one they all will get banned. Just make sure all of your sites meet their TOS so none of them get you banned. It would be a good idea to read their TOS anyway. It's kinda weird that you been here 4 years and didn't know you can't have multiple accounts.
I know you requested a reference but I don't have time to look it up and provide a link. Just take my word for it.

It might not be correct, adsense might only ban one of the website if only that particular website are against adsense TOS

Ya, would probably depend on the violation. I have had them stop ads from showing on just one of my sites (a proxy).
