Separation between AdSense and my Nav Bar or will I be banned?

My Adsense is close to my navigation bar, like a hair away. It isn't touching but its pretty close.

There is an obvious and clear gap.




Found a solution. Requires using <span> and changing the font of a "space" to adjust the height.
