Hello. I think WTB and WTS threads should be separated into two categories, because right now 50% of the threads don't contain the title tag if they are buying or selling, which causes people to lose time to read through the thread's contents only to see that there the OP is looking for article writers, whereas the visitor is looking for article writing service, because of a misleading title like simply "Quality Article Writing Services". You should consider this, it shouldn't be too hard to implement. Regards!Â
Which would ultimately be the same thing as giving infractions for not classifying their sale and leave it in the one category. Ultimately it's just lost sales for the seller (in the case of a WTS) if they choose to not tell people they are selling something.
Often the best solution is the simplest... and if we went the route of forcing people to set WTS/WTB, we could simply make it a required field when they create the thread. I believe we tried that many years ago, but it was causing some issues in some rare cases where stuff wasn't buy or sell and people couldn't (properly) classify it when it was required. I suppose we could just have an "Other" prefix though...
Yep, that's a way of dealing with this too. It will allow for easier visual navigation through the sections. E.g. if I'm looking only for buying websites I will only look at the WTS tags and ignore the tag-less threads.
Yep... If it's not tagged (or missing the domain name) it wouldn't be listed in the marketplace (link in the top navigation). Â But ultimately it's just a loss for the seller, so...
