seotoolslist .com for sale (24 hour auction)

I wasn't going to sell this until after the next page rank update but I just discovered that this site is ranking #1 in google for the phrase "seo tools list" of 9,330,000 results so I'm tossing it up for auction.

If I do kind of have a figure in my head as to how much I think it's worth but it's based on potential but if I don't get an offer that makes it seem worthwhile, I'll spend a couple of months developing it and see what comes of it.

Presume no traffic and no income but the site is designed with adsense in mind (obviously).

I've put virtually no work into this other than to get it up there and get it indexed. Google webmaster tools is showing me a "medium" PR for it so on the next update it should get a 4 or 5 I assume. Someone buying it now could potentially see good earnings from it.

I don't have any traffic stats as I wasn't really paying attention to it and just put a counter on it tonight.

Domain is registered with godaddy and expires july 2007 and is currently on free webhosting.

    Starting Bid: $50
    Payment: Paypal
includes: domain, content if you want it, design if you want it and willing to do some customizations if you want.
Auction ends 24hours and 10 minutes from now 10 pm eastern Wed. night

I reserve the right to not select a winner if the bids do not meet my expectations ;)

Why would you go from 0 to PR4/5 with that current site?

I assume that because I assume that "medium" PR as stated on the google webmaster tools is somewhere between 4-6 and that's what it says for this site.

I could be wrong, but my sites that say medium are all pr5 and the ones that say some pages have low pr are pr 2 and 3 so it's an 'educated guess'.

    lol, you changed your question!

I have no idea - I'm only telling you what I see in google webmaster tools.

And for the record, I have had a number of sites go from 0 to 5 in their first pr update.

The PR information was just that - not a guarantee.

    seo tools list #1
seo tool list #6 are pretty good serps - it won't stay there without some work... the question is - will someone buy it and put the work into it or will I keep it and put the work into it? It's not exactly rocket science to provide pages of links to seo tools - ah, I'm starting to talk myself into keeping it! lol

    We'll see.

Due to lack of interest and bids I'm closing this auction. I've decided that it's in my best interest to further develop the site rather than sell it for $50 ;)

    Thanks all

I'm sorry if people think it was unfair but I posted right from the start that if the bids did not meet my expectations I reserve the right to not select a winner.
My apologies for anyone who bid on this.
