On a serious note - you focus on what not to do - I don't like negativity like that. Skip all the "don't" tips and focus and what should be done. Or move them down. Delete the submission tip. No one does that anymore and it's not needed.

Another tip is going for misspellings. You are doing this yourself with the word seotips (no space).

Proper navigation is another one. You lack in this yourself:

 

I've seen many SEO tips... but still can't understand which tips are the most complete and accurate.

We really need a complete and precise DO's and DONT's for SEO
