What do you think is this domain worth?

    I think it's about a month old.

Just wondering bcause I can't seem to decide if I should develop it or sell it :)

    Thanks!

I suggest that you develop it, host it on a server located in Canada..

    Undeveloped $50

Thanks...its currently hosted on a US server...but if i can get good Canadian links I guess it'll be fine...or I might move it to a canadian host if/when I decide to develop it. I'll probably develop it a few months once I am satisfied with my 2 other sites that I'm working on. I don't like doing anything half hearted hehe. Plus, I believe this domain might be REAL handy for me to move my blog to (if/when it grows).

I really need to make a decision on this one..I don't want to sell it but find it keeps distracting me ....

Domain Value: Mid $xx to High $xx
Why: Because it has to do with Search Engine Optimization Tips, and I believe that is a very good traffic getter. You can most likely generate a lot of revenue from it if you put in the right stuff at the right place. Also, make the website neat and clean enough.
Development Idea: Develop it into a Search Engine Optimization Tips website, .CA doesn't really matter. Make a forum as well where people can ask for help and others can help them.
Selling advice: If you want to sell this domain, try contacting the people with successful websites of your niche. If that doesn't work, try forums.
