SEOProducer.com - Unique Product, $300 / month, high ROI Adwords campaign

    Hi,

SEOProducer.com is for sale. The site sells a software which makes websites
from online articles, it's a simple program but in demand and can be made
    substabtially more profitable.

I'm selling because I'm focusing on another type of websites (mainly
adsense), and also because I need the money to purchase a few businesses
    I'm interested in.

It makes between $200-$300/month net with an AdWords PPC
campaign and made $158.94 in June even though the PPC campaign stopped
running in May. I'm not sure about July's revenue, so assume none just to
be safe. If you advertise seeking affiliates again, it will make more, as it has
proven in the past (see below for more information).

During some of July and August, I ran a test campaign for the site as the
new owner (until then it was owned by another DP member), which resulted
in sale inquiries regarding the software - but no sales. At least one person
I remember asked if it can be purchased via credit card (rather than paypal
which is what I used), and so this is why I recommend using Clickbank or
any other credit card based service with this product
    as the former owner
    did.

I didn't have a Clickbank account, and at the time didn't have a lot of time
to pursue running the business, and so it's been standing there for over a
month now :p during which I went on a long vacation and I'd like to sell it
    and move on.

Keep in mind the adwords campaign is not optimized - It is my
personal opinion that incorporating conversion tracking (I already did that
through google adwords - but as I explained I didn't have time to actually
run the business and move forward with monetizing it) and keeping only the
profitable keywords would cut adwords costs to a much lower amount, since
obviously not all keywords convert the same.

The sale of course includes the keywords used, the ad copy, the
    headlines etc.

In the past, it had an active affiliate program, which was promoted mainly
here through DP (possibly only here, but I'm not sure so I don't want to
mislead) in a thread started by the former owner seeking affiliates. The
affiliate program was responsible for some of the revenue during the time, as
you can see from the included screenshots, but the PPC campaign is the
    solid earner here.

Proof of revenue on a monthly basis

    Notes:

    1) Do not look at the total revenue, as it sometimes includes sales made
through other Clickbank products. I edited the screenshots to delete all
    sales made from other publishers.

    2) All sales made through publisher ID "Bryxen1" are sales made by the link in
our sales copy to the affiliate program for SEOElite which converts well. You
get $76.74 net for every sale to that affiliate program. We have a special
deal with SEOElite, in which someone purchasing their software through our
affiliate ID then contacts us and receives SEOProducer free of charge (which
is a GREAT bonus considering this same visitor was just about to pay $80
for the software on our site!)

    3) Sales with no affiliate ID, or with the affiliate ID of "JeremyGP" are
through the adwords campaigns. Sales with other affilaite IDs (which I kept
partially hidden, to respect the privacy of these affiliates - their IDs would
be of course revealed if requested later on) are through affiliates that
    promoted SEOProducer.

Here's proof of all revenue generated so far, except for May and June, for
which I don't have screenshots. If it's criticaly, I might be able to get them
from the former owner - but overall since the bulk of the revenue was not
made in these months, I don't believe that's an issue.

There are also a few sales made in the very early life of the site via paypal,
but I didn't take them into account when describing the revenue.

    November 2005 Revenue
    December 2005 Revenue
    January 2006 Revenue
    February 2006 Revenue
March 2006 Revenue Note: No PPC campaign ran during this month
    April 2006 Revenue

Proof of expenses (all money spent on adwords, sorted by month):

    November 2005 Adwords Campaign
    December 2005 Adwords Campaign
    January 2006 Adwords Campaign
    February 2006 Adwords Campaign
March 2006 Adwords Campaign Note: No PPC campaign ran during this month
    April 2006 Adwords Campaign

The sales copy on the main page is simple and to the point - it explains how
the software operates, what it does, and leads you to an order form at
    Clickbank.

I am aware that the site has a slight issue with firefox in some cases, that could
be fixed as part of the sale if necessary - the fix is very minor, I just didn't
have time for it - I'll actually look into it now.

A copy of the software is available for review, only after a bid is made. This is
to protect the new owners. You may choose to retract your bid later on.

    Starting bid: $1,000
    BIN: $1,800

    No reserve :)

Lower BIN offers will be considered - although just to recite the main items
here, you're receiving a good return on your investment at this BIN in my
    opinion:

    * $200-$300 net income per month using an adwords campaign requiring
little to no maintenance (all keywords, tested headlines, copy etc. included)
    - even higher revenue when considering the affiliate program

    * Exclusive and full resell rights to the software - this will be yours, and
    only yours.

    * Proven to have the potential to make more money if some effort and
time is put into more promotion, optimize the PPC campaign (which is very
easy - since no conversion stats were tracked yet) or into cultivating the
    affiliate program.

Please feel free to ask any questions via PM, make me an offer, or post your
    questions here :)

Generally I prefer paypal, but will consider other payment options if
necessary. Based on the comments in my trader rating, as well as my many
deals here at Digitalpoint (and many more over at SitePoint), I do believe
this won't be an issue though - feel free to check :)

2 Sales in June, proof is available if necessary. No expenses, so $150~ in June.

No promotion during May up until now (except the test I did, which was with paypal, and so nobody bought... even had e-mail inquirie asking to pay via credit card, but I delayed so it didn't work out - as I said I didn't have time for the business lately).

I will consider lower offers, although keep in mind the revenue here is completely dependant on the PPC traffic (and the affiliate program, but it died off earlier on, so I'm not taking it into account when selling the site now, it's just a nice additional potential selling point for the site as far as I'm concerned, not something I'm relying on as far as pricing the sale here).

I'm selling a site that's not producing revenue only because the adwords campaign has been halted really. Please PM or post any questions or offers you have.

To make the story here easier (I honestly thought this would be a much easier seller - but I guess people are leery because it hasn't produced income so far), I'll lower the starting bid and BIN, as I'm looking to liquidate asap:

    Starting bid: $500
    BIN: $950

Still available, but considering I bought it myself for around $800 just 2 months ago, and it does have all proof, all existing keyword lists, including the ad copy etc. (i.e. no real reason why you should not be making around $250-$300 a month just with the PPC campaign, in other words - not to mention getting the affiliate program started again), I think less than one month of revenue is not going to cut it, sorry :)

I'm very leery about selling at the starting bid too, actually - it's very low, I lowered it just to get it running to be honest. If it doesn't sell, I'll have to keep the site, promote it for a week or two, and get back here I suppose :) Prefer not to, but definitely would do that over selling at such a low price.

    Hi Adi,
I might be interested, but first i'd like to check out the software.
If i'll like what i see, maybe we can talk on the phone? I believe we are neighbors, so no long distance dialing needed :)

I didn't have a Clickbank account, so I used paypal instead. As I explained in the main thread, paypal wasn't working out well because I had at least one person contact me explaining he wants to pay via credit card, and not paypal, during my short test campaign - hence I would definitely recommended the new owner to get a Clickbank account.

I'm negotiating with a couple of interested parties. Everyone - please do note I'm looking to sell quickly and will negotiate a lower BIN than current requesting, so feel free to send in your offer :)

$250 adwords coupon included if taken for BIN - this will save you $250 in advertising expenses for this specific business (or others), since this business as you can see works VERY well with adwords.

Still for sale, looking to close a reasonable BIN offer via PM, as far as I'm concerned $600 takes it right now with no waiting for other bids.

Selling both of them together, with exclusive rights to the PC program. I noticed you're banned though, so I guess this answer isn't going to help :)
